B&B the Zeegbos in Arnhem
The terms Het Zeegbos, B&B Het Zeegbos and B&B are terms for B&B Het Zeegbos.
Main guest: The person who has booked the B&B stay at Het Zeegbos. The main guest is at least 18 years old and is responsible for the fellow guests.
Guest: a person who stays at Het Zeegbos and who is registered as such.
Manager: the person who, as the owner of the B&B, or on behalf of the owner of the B&B, manages the B&B.
Third parties: any other legal person that is not a guest, manager or owner.
Reservation: confirmation of the reservation request by B&B het Zeegbos.
Cancellation: The revocation or cancellation of the definitive reservation within the applicable term or a no-show at the time of the reservation.
1. B&B Het Zeegbos
1.1 The B&B is described in the website www.zeegbos.nl and www.bedandbreakfast.nl. This website has been compiled with the utmost care, but there may be differences between the text and / or photos presented on the website and the current situation in the B&B at the time of the visit by the guest (s). No rights can be derived by guests from such differences.
1.2 The minimum stay in B&B Het Zeegbos is one night.
1.3 The B&B is accessible 24 hours a day. The B&B section has its own lockable entrance.
1.4 Rest periods are from 11 pm – 7 am.
1.5 Smoking is not allowed in the room, shower, toilet, or anywhere else indoors. Smoking is allowed outside.
1.6 Pets of guests are not allowed in / at the B&B.
1.7 The B&B is suitable for two persons.
1.8 Children are welcome, but as a 2nd person.
1.9 Check-in from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm, check-out by 11am. Later check-in possible by mutual agreement.
1.10 Guests can park their car in the parking lot in front of the B&B, through the gate and then park to the right. Parking is at your own risk.
1.11 Guests must have a permanent residence or residence.
1.12 Guests must follow the instructions of the administrators.
1.13 The administrators can deny and / or refuse guests with immediate effect to B&B Het Zeegbos in the event of a breach of the general terms and conditions and / or the internal regulations or in the event of improper behavior, without further notification and stating reasons and without refund of accommodation costs.
1.14 Guests of B & B het Zeegbos must comply with the internal regulations when the B & B is available for inspection.
1.15 B&B het Zeegbos is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 61010367.
2.1 The rates include gas, water, electricity and heating. The rates include VAT.
2.2 The rates do not include costs of cancellation and / or travel insurance and / or other costs.
2.3 Rates of the B&B are always non-binding and are subject to interim changes.
2.4 All statements on the website www.zeegbos.nl are deemed to have been provided in good faith and are always subject to interim adjustments. The B&B is not bound by obvious errors on its website.
3.0 Reservation and Payment
3.1 Reservation is only possible online via www.zeegbos.nl or via www.bedandbreakfast.nl
3.2 The reservation is only final after confirmation of your reservation request by Het Zeegbos.
3.3 For reservations from abroad, 50% of the reservation amount must be paid to Het Zeegbos within 14 days after reservation. If the check-in date is within 14 days of booking, you must pay cash at the B&B. A booking confirmation will only be issued after receipt of this advance payment.
3.4 The advance or the total accommodation costs must be transferred to: B&B Het Zeegbos in the name of W.F. Rothuizen-Nas, IBAN: NL79RABO0126071861.
3.5 Payment is made via the bank, and must be credited a week before arrival, or in cash, upon arrival at the B&B. Credit cards are not accepted.
4.1 Cancellation up to 1 week prior to the date of arrival is free of charge. For example arrival Friday, cancellation is free of charge up to and including Friday before the date. For reservations from abroad there is no refund of the advance amount.
4.2 If canceled from 6 days before date of arrival, 50% of the rate of the first night will be charged (average reservation amount per night). For reservations from abroad there is no refund of the advance amount.
4.3 After arrival or early departure during the stay, the entire period of stay (confirmed total travel sum) will be charged.
4.4 Cancellations can only be made in writing via the contact form on the website or by email via email@example.com.
4.5 Het Zeegbos always has the right to cancel the reservation more than 2 days prior to the date of arrival without giving any reason. Advances already paid will be refunded to the main guest at no cost.
5.1 The guest must behave properly and use the B&B accommodation in accordance with the reasonable instructions for use given by the B&B or the owner / manager.
5.2 The main guest is legally liable for the damage caused by him or his fellow guests to the B&B accommodation or the items present therein.
5.3 A claim (damage, loss, loss and / or theft) must be reported by the guest directly to the owner or the manager. Repair and / or replacement costs must be immediately reimbursed by the guest to the owner / manager at his first request.
6.1 The guest is always entitled to submit his grievances to the B&B through a complaint. The B&B must always handle a complaint adequately and with due speed, so that the complaint is handled according to standards of reasonableness and fairness.
7.0 Force majeure
7.1 In case of force majeure, both of a permanent and temporary nature, the B&B is entitled to dissolve the agreement in whole or in part or to temporarily suspend it without the guest being able to claim fulfillment and / or compensation. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: danger of war, war, uprising, acts of war, strikes, boycott, failures in the energy circuit, in traffic or transport, government measures, scarcity of raw materials, natural disasters and furthermore all circumstances, extraordinary weather conditions , death of one of the owners or close relatives, etc., in which full or partial fulfillment of the agreement cannot be required of the B&B in reasonableness and fairness.
8.1 The B&B cannot be held liable for damage suffered by the guest or third parties as a result of the stay in the accommodation; the guest indemnifies B&B het Zeegbos against claims in this respect. The B&B is not liable for malfunctions in and around the accommodation such as malfunctions and failure of electricity and water supplies and technical installations, construction work and / or road works not announced or not completed in the vicinity of the B&B.
8.2 The B&B can only be held liable for damage that is due to the gross negligence or negligence of the B&B.
8.3 Without prejudice to the provisions in 8.1 and 8.2, the liability of the B&B, if and insofar as the B&B is held legally liable for any reason with regard to the user agreement, is always limited to direct damage and any form of consequential damage is excluded. In addition, the liability of the B&B is always limited to the maximum amount that the insurer of the B&B will pay out in such a case.
8.4 The B&B accepts no liability for injury to persons and / or damage, loss or theft of property of the users.
9.1 The B&B will treat all personal data provided or made known to it confidentially and will not freely make them available to third parties.
10 Final provision
10.1 Unless otherwise provided in rules of private international law, these terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Non-Dutch speaking guests are deemed to agree to the general terms and conditions drawn up in Dutch.
10.2 All disputes arising from the user agreement or these conditions will be settled in the first instance by the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the rules of private international law provide otherwise.
10.3 Neither party may transfer its rights and obligations to third parties unless otherwise provided in these terms and conditions.
10.4 If and insofar as any provision in the user agreement and the present conditions should prove to be null and void, the other conditions will remain in force and the invalid article will be deemed to have been converted in such a way that it is brought in accordance with the parties’ apparent intentions.
